Job summary

Reynolds and Reynolds is seeking motivated, entry-level Outside Sales Trainees to join our growing team. You will enroll in a 12-month sales training program with field-based and classroom-style training, including Reynolds University in Dayton, OH.

You will relocate to an assigned territory after training and are responsible for achieving quotas by selling Reynolds products to automotive customers. During training, you will travel 80-100% with overnight stays, supported by your Sales Mentor and

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver’s license with <3 moving violations in 3 years and no OVI/DUI/DWI in 5 years.
• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Strong time management and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to travel 80-100% during training.
• Willing to relocate after training.

Responsibilities

• Relocate to assigned territory after completing the training program.
• Sell Reynolds products and services to automotive industry customers in the assigned territory.
• Meet monthly and annual quotas for sales performance.
• Collaborate with field teams during training and product familiarization.
