Job summary

The Reynolds and Reynolds Company is seeking motivated Entry Level Outside Sales Trainees to join our growing team. You will enroll in a 12-month sales training program combining field-based and classroom instruction, with classroom training at Reynolds University in Dayton, OH.

During training you will travel 80-100% with overnight stays, work with a Sales Mentor, and gain exposure to our automotive software, marketing services, and forms.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Willingness to travel overnight 80–100% during training.
• Willing to relocate after successful completion of training.

Responsibilities

• Complete 12-month sales training program (field and classroom).
• Relocate to assigned territory after training and begin selling Reynolds products/services.
• Meet monthly and annual sales quotas in the automotive industry.
