Job summary

MetLife’s Global Technology team seeks a Tech Lead, Sales Technology to design, develop, and integrate capabilities connecting the B2B Sales tech ecosystem. You will drive data, workflow, AI-enabled recommendations, and CRM-adjacent experiences across ecosystems while collaborating with product, analytics, and vendor partners to deliver secure, scalable, and human-centered solutions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of software engineering experience with enterprise-scale apps, APIs, or data workflows.
• Experience defining roadmaps and target architectures for multi-system ecosystems.
• Strong knowledge of API design, integration patterns, and data-centric architectures.
• Proven ability to translate business needs into technical designs and release plans.
• Experience leading cross-functional engineering teams in Agile/SAFe environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical design and development for B2B Sales solutions; connect data, workflow, and seller experiences.
• Create architectural specs, integration diagrams, and implementation plans for complex capabilities.
• Guide integrations across Salesforce, Seismic, MetIQ, Power BI, Marketo, and other platforms.
• Mentor engineers and vendor partners on standards and maintainability.
• Drive secure, scalable, and observable architectures with a focus on production readiness.
