Job summary

MetLife’s Global Technology team is seeking a Sr. Scrum Leader for Sales Technology. You will enable AI‑First teams to deliver high‑complexity outcomes with disciplined execution, coaching, and collaboration across Product, Engineering, Analytics, and DevOps functions.

You’ll lead agile events, drive flow optimization, and partner with stakeholders to improve delivery readiness and release coordination. Hybrid work with on‑site collaboration is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Business, Information Systems, Engineering, or equivalent work experience.
• 6+ years of total experience in Agile technology delivery, software delivery, or related fields.
• Experience leading teams and delivery workstreams in complex technology environments.
• Ability to operate in a matrixed organization with multiple stakeholders.
• Experience as Scrum Lead, Scrum Master, or similar Agile role for medium to high complexity workstreams.
• Advanced facilitation, coaching, mentoring, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead Agile execution for up to two Scrum or Kanban teams in high‑complexity Sales Technology workstreams.
• Embed AI‑First practices into planning, backlog readiness, and release readiness.
• Facilitate sprint planning, reviews, demos, and retrospectives with emphasis on decisions and follow‑through.
• Coach teams and Product Owners on flow optimization and Definition of Ready/Done.
• Drive transparency with delivery metrics, risk tracking, and dependency management.
• Resolve impediments and coordinate cross‑team dependencies across domains.
• Support release planning and production readiness with stakeholders.
• Contribute reusable AI‑first delivery patterns and participate in communities of practice.
