MetLife in the United States is seeking a Sales Technology Developer to help build, test, configure, and support Salesforce-based capabilities for the GB360 Sales team. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or equivalent work experience.
• 1+ years of software development, Salesforce development, application support, configuration, automation, or related technical delivery work.
• Experience developing, testing, or supporting software, CRM, SaaS, or enterprise platform solutions.
• Exposure to Salesforce development or configuration concepts (Apex, LWC, Flows, SOQL/SOSL, APIs).
• Understanding Salesforce security model (profiles, permission sets, sharing, roles).
• Familiarity with Agile/SAFe, automated testing, release readiness, and CI/CD concepts.
• Interest in using AI-assisted tools to improve productivity and learning.
• Ability to learn Salesforce patterns, limits, and integration concepts with guidance.

Responsibilities

• Assist in building, testing, configuring, and supporting Salesforce GB360 Sales capabilities.
• Support Sales Cloud workflows, opportunity processes, and Book of Business views.
• Apply configuration-first thinking and minimize unnecessary customization.
• Support user stories, release materials, and test inputs with cross-functional teams.
• Assist integrations with Data Hubs, Seismic, MetIQ, and related platforms.
• Use AI-assisted tools for analysis, testing, and documentation with human review.
• Participate in SAFe/Agile ceremonies and peer reviews of code and designs.
• Develop and execute unit tests and support system/integration testing and UAT.
