ADP is seeking a Sales Executive to lead a field-based sales team selling payroll, tax, human resources, and benefits solutions to new and existing clients. You will guide your team toward achieving sales objectives through coordination and communication with clients, internal partners, and your team.

You will recruit, hire, train, and develop sales associates, providing performance feedback and coaching to help your team succeed.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of business-to-business sales experience.
• Strong presentation and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Close sales and lead a team to reach sales goals within assigned geography.
• Provide direction, motivation, and support to the sales team; ensure Salesforce usage and audit compliance.
• Recruit, hire, train, and develop sales associates with continuous feedback on performance and careers.
• Represent ADP to customers and prospects; stay current on ADP products; participate in trade shows and demonstrations.
