Qualifications

• 2+ years of B2B sales experience with an impressive track record of closing sales, winning clients, and managing a territory.
• Excellent presentation skills and ability to interact with clients at all levels.

• Excellent planning and multitasking abilities to implement sales strategies.

Responsibilities

• Grow the business by closing sales and achieving territory goals through planned resources.
• Lead and motivate the sales team; ensure Salesforce usage and audit procedures for compliance.
• Recruit, hire, and train sales associates; provide ongoing feedback and coaching.
• Represent ADP to customers, prospects, and the public at events and demonstrations.
