Job summary

ADP is hiring a Sales Executive. You'll lead a team of field-based Sales Representatives selling ADP solutions including payroll, tax, human resources, and benefits to new and existing clients.

You will guide your team toward achieving sales objectives through coordination and communication between ADP's clients, prospects, internal support partners, and your team. You will recruit, hire, train, and develop sales associates, providing performance feedback and coaching.

Qualifications

• Two or more years of business-to-business sales or sales management experience with a track record of closing sales and winning clients.
• Strong presentation skills and client interactions.
• Ability to train and coach sales teams.

Responsibilities

• Grow the business by closing sales and hitting targets within your territory.
• Lead, motivate, and support your sales team; ensure Salesforce usage and audit compliance.
• Recruit, hire, and train sales associates; provide ongoing feedback and coaching.
• Represent ADP to customers at events and demonstrations and stay current on ADP products.
