Groundworks is seeking a driven Assistant Sales Manager to support the Sales Manager at the California branch. You will lead outside sales reps, train staff, and drive customer satisfaction through effective sales processes and collaboration.

The role demands strong leadership, communication, and a focus on results. Expect travel within the territory and opportunities for advancement within Groundworks’ employee-ownership culture.
