You will coach, develop, and hold the team accountable to KPIs while driving strategic opportunities and customer negotiations. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader with strong coaching skills, experience reviewing pipelines, conducting field visits, and ensuring a high‑performing sales culture.

Qualificações

• Experience coaching and leading sales teams in a field/inside sales environment.
• Proven ability to manage sales pipeline and forecast accuracy.
• Experience in customer negotiations and strategic deal support.
• Strong communication and leadership skills with ability to drive accountability.

Responsabilidades

• Lead a team of 8–10 sales professionals across B2B functions.
• Recruit, interview, hire, onboard, and retain top sales talent.
• Own individual and team sales goals across the region and address gaps with coaching.
• Conduct weekly one-on-one meetings to review performance and KPIs.
• Provide timely feedback, recognition, and corrective action as needed.
• Foster collaboration with HR for performance improvements and terminations when required.
• Drive a high‑performing, customer‑focused sales culture.
