The successful candidate will manage performance, pipeline, forecasting, and strategic accounts, while coaching and developing the sales team and strengthening channel relationships. Travel may be required.

Qualifications

• 5–10+ years of progressive sales experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, mentor, and develop a high-performance sales team.
• Establish and manage sales metrics, pipeline, forecasting, and quota attainment.
• Develop and execute growth strategies, identify priority accounts, and expand opportunities.
• Own the pipeline and improve CRM usage, reporting, and data quality.
• Partner with executive leadership and internal teams to align sales strategies with business goals.
