Job summary

Reyes Family of Businesses seeks a dynamic Sales Leader to guide assigned sales personnel, drive performance, and align efforts with company goals within the designated territory. You will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, support account managers, and help track KPIs and outcomes.

This role emphasizes leadership, field presence, and coaching, with responsibilities including pricing, displays, shelf positions, and sales growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree with 4 to 6 years of related experience and 0 to 1 plus years of leadership experience.
• High School Diploma/General Education Diploma with 7 to 9 plus years of specific experience and 2 to 3 plus years of leadership experience.
• Must have reliable transportation, a valid driver’s license, and maintain an acceptable driving record and insurance coverage as required by the Company and state law.
• Ability to repetitively lift a minimum of 25 lbs. to 50 lbs. on a regular basis and up to 175 lbs. when handling keg products.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for providing day to day leadership, development, engagement, and supervision to assigned sales personnel
• Responsible for achieving goals related to sales, displays, shelf position, and pricing
• Foster communication and collaboration with both internal and external stakeholders to support sales efforts and ensure alignment with company goals within an assigned territory
• Assist sales account managers with setting account-specific objectives, managing follow-up and tracking performance through KPIs and performance metrics
• Other projects or duties as assigned
