Job summary

Sterling Personnel is seeking a Sales Supervisor for the Fort Worth, TX area to lead an outside sales team while managing an assigned customer base and ensuring revenue growth. You will coach reps, expand key accounts, and develop new business opportunities while maintaining a healthy pipeline.

The role reports to the Branch Manager and collaborates with operations, finance, and customer service to deliver exceptional service, accurate forecasts, and profitable bids in a competitive market.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated outside B2B sales and business development experience.
• Experience coaching, mentoring, or leading sales professionals to measurable results.
• Strong prospecting, relationship-management, discovery, negotiation, and closing skills.
• Demonstrated ability to retain and grow existing customer relationships while developing new business.

Responsibilities

• Manage an assigned territory (Tarrant County / Fort Worth) and customer base to achieve revenue and gross-profit goals.
• Prospect for new business, develop customer relationships, identify needs, present solutions, negotiate, and close sales opportunities.
• Provide day-to-day leadership and direction to Outside Sales Representatives, including setting priorities and supporting team goals.
• Conduct regular one-on-one meetings, pipeline reviews, field coaching, and sales-development activities to improve performance.
• Maintain an accurate and qualified sales pipeline and provide timely sales forecasts to the Branch Manager.
• Lead and coordinate bids, proposals, renewals, and other significant sales opportunities with internal teams.
