Job summary

Crocs, Inc. is seeking a Team Lead, Sales Part Time to deliver outstanding customer experiences, assist in store leadership, and oversee daily operations including cash handling and opening/closing procedures.

You will support the team across departments, drive sales goals, ensure policy compliance, and help maintain merchandising and stockroom standards in a fast-paced retail environment. Flexibility for nights, weekends and holidays is preferred.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• 2–3 years of retail experience with preference for prior store leadership.
• Flexibility in schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Desire to succeed in a high growth, fast-paced retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding consumer experiences by applying our service model.
• Lead by example on the sales floor and support Store Management to meet sales goals.
• Assist in all store departments, including POS, merchandising, and stockroom operations.
• Manage day-to-day team activities, delegate tasks, and ensure timely follow-up.
• Act as a brand ambassador and stay informed about product launches and initiatives.
• Adhere to Asset Protection procedures and store-wide policies.
