Job summary

Pearson, the world’s learning company, is looking for a Team Manager, Sales to recruit, develop and lead a district sales team serving higher education institutions. This remote role travels about 40% and relocation is not available.

You will set district strategy and drive subscription-based revenue growth by coordinating with account executives, services, marketing and product teams to maximize adoption. You will hire, onboard and coach reps, monitor KPIs, and push data-informed decisions.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and successful work experience.
• Minimum of 5 years of exceptional sales performance in the higher education market.
• Ability to recruit, coach and lead a sales team.
• Strong data analytics, financial management and KPI tracking.

Responsibilities

• Set strategic vision for district and develop district sales plans.
• Drive revenue growth and ensure effective sales plans delivering customer value.
• Lead and coach sales reps; monitor KPIs and coaching needs.
• Collaborate with enterprise account executives, Services, B2B teams.
