Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 4–6 years of related experience and 0–1+ years of leadership experience
• High School Diploma with 7–9+ years of related experience and 2–3+ years of leadership experience
• Must have reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and insurance per policy and state law
• Ability to repetitively lift 25–50 lbs and up to 175 lbs for keg products

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day leadership, development, engagement, and supervision to assigned sales personnel
• Achieve goals related to sales, displays, shelf position, and pricing
• Foster communication and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to support sales efforts within an assigned territory
• Assist sales account managers with setting account-specific objectives and tracking performance via KPIs
• Other projects or duties as assigned
