Job summary

Reyes Family of Businesses is seeking a capable sales leader to manage day-to-day leadership, development, and supervision of the assigned sales team in the Oklahoma City territory. You will drive sales, optimize displays, shelf position, and pricing while coordinating with internal and external stakeholders.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree with relevant experience or a high school diploma with substantial leadership and industry experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree with 4–6 years of related experience and 0–1+ years of leadership experience OR High School Diploma with 7–9+ years of related experience and 2–3+ years of leadership experience.
• Must have reliable transportation, a valid driver’s license, and maintain an acceptable driving record and insurance coverage as required by the Company and state law.
• Ability to repetitively lift 25 lbs. to 50 lbs. and up to 175 lbs. when handling keg products.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day leadership, development, engagement, and supervision to assigned sales personnel
• Achieve goals related to sales, displays, shelf position, and pricing
• Foster communication with internal and external stakeholders to support sales and align with company goals within an assigned territory
• Assist sales account managers with setting account-specific objectives, managing follow-up and tracking performance through KPIs and performance metrics
• Other projects or duties as assigned
