Job summary

Reyes Beverage Group in Richmond, VA, is seeking a sales leader to provide day-to-day leadership, development, and supervision to assigned sales personnel, driving goals for sales, displays, shelf position, and pricing.

You will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, set account objectives with account managers, and monitor performance through KPIs, with additional projects as assigned. A strong background in sales leadership and transportation requirements are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 4 to 6 years of related experience and 0 to 1 plus years of leadership experience
• Must have reliable transportation, a valid driver’s license, and maintain an acceptable driving record and insurance coverage as required by the Company and state law
• Ability to repetitively lift a minimum of 25 lbs. to 50 lbs. on a regular basis and up to 175 lbs. when handling keg products

Responsibilities

• Provide day to day leadership, development, engagement, and supervision to assigned sales personnel
• Achieve goals related to sales, displays, shelf position, and pricing
• Foster communication and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to support sales efforts and ensure alignment with company goals within an assigned territory
• Assist sales account managers with setting account-specific objectives, managing follow-up and tracking performance through KPIs and performance metrics
• Other projects or duties as assigned
