Sysco Hawaii is seeking a District Sales Manager to lead the performance of Sales Consultants across the district. You will coach and develop talent, drive profitable growth, and manage key customer relationships with a focus on data-driven selling and CRM utilization.

The role requires strategic planning, field coaching, and alignment with national campaigns. You will lead meetings, optimize territory performance, and ensure exceptional customer service and operational execution.

Qualifications

• High School education required.
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years’ experience growing profitable sales in the foodservice industry.
• 5+ years’ foodservice sales experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manages the performance and development of Sales Consultants within the district.
• Coaches and directs 3–5 SC work-withs per week.
• Leads Friday district meetings to educate and motivate for sales growth.
• Directs Customer Engagement with Sysco customers using technology-enabled solutions.
• Coaches sells with the Sysco Way and leverages CRM and processes for planning.
