Job summary

Reyes Beverage Group in Hawaii seeks an experienced sales leader to provide day-to-day leadership, development, and supervision of assigned sales personnel. You will drive goals for sales, displays, shelf position, and pricing while aligning with company objectives within your territory.

The role requires strong collaboration with internal and external stakeholders, proven KPI tracking, and the ability to guide account managers toward objective-setting and performance improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree with 4–6 years of related experience and 0–1+ years of leadership experience or
• High School Diploma/ GED with 7–9+ years of experience and 2–3+ years of leadership experience
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license required
• Ability to lift 25–50 lbs regularly and up to 175 lbs with keg products

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day leadership, development, engagement, and supervision to assigned sales personnel
• Achieve goals related to sales, displays, shelf position, and pricing
• Foster communication and collaboration with internal/external stakeholders to support sales and align with company goals in the territory
• Assist sales account managers with setting objectives, managing follow-up and tracking performance via KPIs
• Other projects or duties as assigned
