• 3+ years of end-to-end talent acquisition experience in a high-volume, fast-paced corporate environment.
• Strong expertise sourcing and hiring sales talent with an understanding of sales competencies and compensation models.
• Proficiency with enterprise ATS (Lever preferred) and ability to manage multiple searches simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruiting for sales roles across multiple regions from opening req to signed offer.
• Act as a trusted talent advisor to sales leadership, guiding selection strategy and market alignment.
