Laborie is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to join the People & Culture team in the United States. You will source and recruit across the U.S. in collaboration with hiring managers and senior TA members, delivering a positive candidate experience from sourcing to onboarding.

The role emphasizes compliance, diversity and inclusion, and continuous improvement of recruitment processes in a shared service environment.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in business or HR with 3+ years full-cycle recruiting.
Experience sourcing via LinkedIn, job boards, and referrals.
Knowledge of employment laws, compliance, and DEI best practices.
Ability to deliver a positive, inclusive candidate experience.

Responsibilities

Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and develop sourcing strategies.
Manage full-cycle recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, offers, onboarding handoff.
Deliver a positive and engaging candidate experience throughout the process.
Collaborate with HRBPs and hiring teams to ensure compliant interview and selection processes.
Contribute ideas for improving recruitment processes and tools.
