About the Role

TriNet is seeking an experienced Director, Revenue Recruiting to lead talent acquisition for all revenue-generating functions. Reporting to the Executive Director of Talent Acquisition, this leader will own the strategy, execution, and results for sales recruiting while leading a team of recruiters focused on attracting top-performing sales talent.

This is a hands‑on leadership role for a seasoned sales recruiting professional who has successfully transformed recruiting functions, built strong partnerships with sales leaders, and delivered hiring results in fast‑paced, growth‑oriented environments. The ideal candidate combines strategic thinking with operational excellence and is equally comfortable coaching recruiters, influencing executives, and personally leading critical searches when needed.

What You’ll Do

• Lead all recruiting efforts for Sales and other revenue-generating organizations.
• Develop and execute talent acquisition strategies that support business growth objectives.
• Partner closely with executive and sales leaders to forecast hiring needs and build high-quality talent pipelines.

Qualifications

Location and Salary

The preferred location for this role is Atlanta, GA, and the salary range for this location is $125,000.00 to $250,000.00. All qualified external applicants will be considered for an in‑office role, based in Atlanta. All qualified internal candidates are encouraged to apply and consider relocation to Atlanta and may be considered for remote hire at the company’s discretion. The candidate’s final salary offer will be based on the candidate’s skills, education, work location and experience.

Additional Compensation

A candidate’s compensation may also include bonuses consistent with TriNet’s corporate bonus plan.
