Job summary

Mooring Commercial Disaster Restoration is seeking a detail-driven Business Systems Administrator to keep our applications, data, and IT partners in sync. You will own core business systems, lead software rollouts, and collaborate with external vendors to ensure day-to-day operations stay on track.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of internal IT experience, strong troubleshooting skills, and a passion for aligning technology with how the business operates.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years administering business applications and end-user support
• Experience with ERP/CRM/LMS and integrations
• Microsoft 365 administration including licenses and access
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record

Responsibilities

• Administer core business applications (ERP, CRM, LMS, MS 365) including access, configuration, and reporting
• Ensure data integrity by detecting and fixing mismatches between systems
• Manage onboarding/offboarding with MSPs so new hires are productive from day one
• Serve as first point of contact for application questions and escalate infra issues as needed
• Create training guides and quick-reference materials for the team
• Lead tech projects from planning to go-live and reporting tool deployments
• Track IT spend, renewals, and vendor negotiations
• Observe department workflows and propose system improvements to match real operations
