Job summary

Schimberg Co. is seeking a Sales Support Specialist to back our Omaha sales team by preparing customer quotations on internal platforms, reviewing requests for completeness, and ensuring accuracy before returning results to the sales team.

You will handle order entry, inbound calls, delivery receivers, and other administrative tasks, thriving in a team environment with quickly changing priorities.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales support or related role preferred.
• Proficient in MS Office and ability to learn new software quickly.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities without losing track of details.

Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate and timely customer quotations using our internal platforms
• Review quote requests for completeness and identify information that needs clarification
• Review system-generated quotations for accuracy
• Develop a strong understanding of our products, processes, and the way we do business
• Take ownership of assigned work and follow tasks through to completion with minimal supervision
• Keep orders, sales tickets, and receivers organized and submitted in a timely manner
• Support sales team with a variety of administrative tasks
