Job summary

CDW is seeking a Sales Operations Representative to maximize Account Manager productivity by providing operational order management support and handling escalations. You will interact with customers for order status updates, quotes, and other requests, and assist with configurations and services requests using internal tools.

You will process orders, manage bids, and ensure contracts and terms are correctly applied, while maintaining CRM and order management systems.

Qualifications

• High school degree or equivalent.
• Associate's degree OR 2 years relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational assistance to account managers and field sales with quote creation and order processing.
• Provide consistent status updates for orders, quotes, or other requests to sales coworkers.
• Interact with customers to provide order status updates, quotes or other requests to achieve exceptional outcomes.
• Process orders promptly via SPS and AS400 systems; web order processing through the Sales Order Router.
• Manage bids entry, amend, and win bids in the Bid Router as needed.
• Ensure proper purchasing contracts and terms are selected at order entry.
• Maintain sales order routers and sales order manager screens; follow through to completion.
