Job summary

RevOps Report is seeking a Sales Support Specialist to empower the sales team by handling quotes, orders, and CRM integrity. You will coordinate with Sales, Finance, and partners to ensure timely handoffs and accurate documentation, enabling deals to move smoothly through the pipeline.

In this role, you will own quoting workflows, help prepare proposals, and refine internal templates and checklists to improve efficiency and consistency across teams.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in sales support or related roles.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and process accurate quotes for software, hardware, services, and renewals.
• Manage all sales documentation including SOWs, POs, contracts, licensing, and vendor authorizations.
• Maintain clean, complete CRM records (contacts, companies, tasks, notes, close dates).
• Coordinate internal handoffs between Sales, Sales Engineering, Service Delivery, and Finance.
• Track deal progress and communicate updates, blockers, and next steps.
