Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Track shipping and delivery information daily.
• Expedite purchase orders and prepare vendor quotes.
• Maintain a standardized folder system for quotes and POs.
• Log tasks, projects, and RFQs in Spiro.ai.
• Provide basic product and technical information to customers.
• Enter quotations and orders into core systems.
• Coordinate delivery timelines and service needs with customers.
• Sync activities across sales, service, accounting, receiving, and shipping.
