Job summary

Pioneer Industrial Corporation is seeking an Inside Sales professional to support quotations, orders, and customer communications. You will interface with outside sales, valve shops, and vendors to ensure accurate and timely processing, while maintaining records and providing backup support.

Responsibilities include responding to inquiries, expediting orders, and completing required product training. The role emphasizes punctuality, strong math and computer skills, and the ability to multitask

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of industry experience preferred.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Strong communication, time management, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and enter quotations, sales orders, and purchase orders for products and services.
• Work closely with the Outside Sales team, valve, gasket, and pump shops to ensure accurate and timely order processing.
• Answer incoming calls, respond to emails, and address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a timely manner.
• Build effective relationships and trust with customers through active listening and understanding of their needs.
• Follow up and expedite customer orders as needed, ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with vendors on purchase orders, maintaining effective communication channels.
• Maintain both digital and physical files accurately to ensure easy retrieval of information.
• Provide backup support for other Inside Sales representatives during their absence.
• Complete required training to gain knowledge of the company's product lines.
• Perform other related duties as assigned by management.
• Be punctual with a strong attendance record.
