• Minimize bottlenecks by logging and tracking tasks, projects, and RFQs in Spiro.ai.
• Sales Support & Customer Service: provide product/technical information, enter quotations and orders, confirm delivery timelines.
• Organize orders/quotes docs to resolve vendor billing discrepancies and monitor shipment dates.
• Maintain comprehensive customer files and coordinate across departments to ensure a smooth customer experience.
