Qualifications

• 3 - 5 years of customer service experience, BA/BS degree preferred
• Prior experience in biotechnology or manufacturing environment is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support the end-to-end order lifecycle, including order receipt, entry, fulfillment coordination, invoicing, and post-sales support to ensure a seamless customer experience.
