Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years in a customer service role, ideally in life sciences or related field.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; able to explain technical information clearly.
• Experience with CRM software and ERP systems.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and multi-tasking abilities.

Responsibilities

• Create, manage, and maintain ERP requests to support order fulfillment.
• Receive, review, and input customer orders from all approved channels.
• Validate orders prior to creation to prevent downstream errors.
• Manage backorders and allocations with Supply Chain to ensure on-time delivery.
• Handle credits, rebills, and returns per policy.
• Collaborate with Supply Chain and COM to support on-time delivery and product launches.
• Deliver professional, solution-oriented interactions; document contacts in systems; meet productivity standards.
• Escalate regulatory or compliance issues promptly.
