Technologent seeks a Sales Support Representative in Denver to provide comprehensive operational and administrative support to the sales organization. You will help ensure smooth order processing, accurate CRM data maintenance, and high-quality customer service.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and organized, thriving in a fast-paced environment and collaborating with cross-functional teams to enable sales success and enhance the customer experience.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in sales support or customer service within a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Familiarity with NetSuite, CRM platforms, and other sales tools preferred.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; able to interface effectively with customers and internal teams.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and provide insights for sales growth.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other productivity tools.
• Understanding of Technologent’s product and service offerings a plus.
• Candidates must have proven industry experience and have previously held similar roles with an IT Reseller, Distributor, or Manufacturer.

Responsabilités

• Sales Operations & Administration: Support the sales team with administrative tasks, including order processing, CRM data maintenance, and inventory tracking.
• Prepare and manage sales reports, presentations, and documentation to ensure accurate tracking of sales activity and performance.
• Assist in contract reviews and documentation to ensure compliance with company policies and customer expectations.
