Job summary

Suburban Manufacturing Group is seeking a Customer Success Representative to ensure reliable, positive experiences for our customers. You will be the main contact for order-related inquiries, coordinate across Sales, Operations, and Shipping, and drive accurate processing and on-time delivery.

The role emphasizes organization, responsiveness, and collaboration across multiple teams, with opportunities to contribute to process improvements and customer feedback initiatives.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of customer service, order management, sales support, or administrative experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with customers, vendors, and internal teams.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary point of contact for customer order-related questions and requests.
• Enter, validate, and maintain customer orders with accurate pricing, payment, shipping, and delivery info.
• Provide timely order-status updates and communicate delays or changes to stakeholders.
• Coordinate with Sales, Operations, Production, Scheduling, Quality, Engineering, Accounting, and Shipping to ensure on-time delivery.
