Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Sales Support Specialist, Sales Assistant, or similar role.
• Hands-on experience with ERP and CRM platforms.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite—especially Excel.
• Strong understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide troubleshooting support for customer orders, account statuses, and other inquiries.
• Assist sales team with data, resources, and updates to streamline workflows.
• Manage CRM and ERP tools to track orders and maintain account records.
