• Process accounts receivable and apply cash receipts.
• Handle heavy data entry and maintain accurate records.
• Collect details for field estimates (names, addresses, job info).
• Print necessary forms, send quotes, and support field technicians.
• Tackle a range of general office duties — no two days are the same!
