• Check on pending orders and coordinate with suppliers for on-time delivery.
• Coordinate with the team to manage customer expectations and commitments.
• Create purchase orders, sales orders, invoices and statements.
• Create freight shipments, shipping labels and tracking numbers.
• Source new sales opportunities through outbound calls and follow-ups.
• Develop and maintain relationships with customers and prospects.
• Assist in marketing campaigns and activities.
• Ensure file organization in the office; provide additional office support as needed.
