Job summary

CALAGAZ PRINTING is seeking a Sales Support Specialist to join a fast-paced, customer-facing team. You will work closely with the Regional Sales Director to ensure accurate quotes, smooth order processing, and proactive communication with clients.

The role emphasizes exceptional communication, organization, and a proactive attitude to keep orders moving and customers satisfied from quote to delivery.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in customer service, sales support or a related field preferred.
• Proficiency with email and basic business software required.
• High School graduate or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and respond to customer and vendor emails with professionalism and urgency.
• Learn our quoting process, then own it — preparing accurate print quotes for customers.
• Enter new print orders into our system with precision and care.
• Track orders from start to finish, troubleshoot issues as they arise, and keep customers informed every step of the way.
• Serve as the first point of contact for customer calls and emails when needed.
• Anticipate what the Regional Sales Director needs before she has to ask.
• Act as her delegate with customers — earning their trust and keeping relationships strong.

Calagaz Printing is looking for a sharp, self-motivated go-getter to join our team as a Sales Support Specialist. This is a high-touch, customer-facing role where you'll work directly alongside our Regional Sales Director to keep clients happy, orders moving and nothing falling through the cracks.

Your Day-to-Day

• Monitor and respond to customer and vendor emails with professionalism and urgency
