Job summary

CalagazPrinting in Mobile, AL is seeking a Customer Service Representative to be the face and voice of our business. You will own customer interactions from first hello to final delivery, guiding customers with expert advice and genuine care.

You will learn our marketing language, work with the production team to keep projects on track, and help drive monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals while delivering outstanding service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Customer service experience; printing/graphic arts experience a plus.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Solid math skills and attention to detail.
• Tech-savvy and quick to learn new systems.
• Self-starter with problem-solving instincts.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist every customer promptly, warmly, and professionally.
• Process customer orders efficiently and accurately, start to finish.
• Organize your workflow to consistently meet customer deadlines.
• Present and explain our products and services with confidence, matching customers to the right solutions.
• Manage incoming calls, emails and customer requests with urgency and professionalism.
• Resolve customer questions, complaints, and concerns quickly and to their satisfaction.
• Apply company pricing systems and policies accurately.
• Review estimates and invoices closely and ensure accuracy.
• Communicate customer needs clearly to the production team so jobs run smoothly.
• Contribute to the team's monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals.
