Description

As a Sales Support Specialist, you’ll partner with clients and our internal team to support corporate accounts and ensure a seamless customer experience. You’ll manage orders, deliver excellent service, and leverage our Gearcor Marketplace platform for efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Support order management and processing by working with customers to ensure prompt product delivery
• Learn and understand client operational structure and adapt company platform(s) to meet needs
• Creatively troubleshoot and resolve issues, building strategy for resolution before problems arise
• Establish and maintain consistent communication methods and cadence with clients
• Become an expert in Gearcor products and their relevance to clients
• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to create an excellent client experience
• Provide honest, consistent, and actionable feedback to Senior Account Manager(s)
• Other duties as needed to create an exceptional experience for our stakeholders
