Job summary

Medline Industries, LP is seeking an On-Site Administrative Clerk in Elmhurst, IL. Under direct supervision, you will provide administrative and clerical support including data entry, filing, calendar management and assistance to on-site Medline staff.

• Provide clerical support services as needed.
• Coordinate activities related to sales support and sales initiatives within the hospital
• Organize, maintain and distribute files, reports and mail.
• Collect, compile and analyze data and information. Compose straightforward written descriptions and summaries of results.

MINIMUM JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Education:

• High school diploma or equivalent.

Certification / Licensure:

• None

Work Experience:

• Clerical or office related experience.

Knowledge / Skills / Abilities:

• Intermediate level skill in Microsoft Excel (for example: using SUM function, setting borders, setting column width, inserting charts, using text wrap, sorting, setting headers and footers and/or print scaling).
• Intermediate level skill in Microsoft Word (for example: inserting headers, page breaks, page numbers and tables and/or adjusting table columns).

The anticipated salary range for this position:

$20.25 - $29.25 Hourly

The actual salary will vary based on applicant’s location, education, experience, skills, and abilities. Medline will not pay less than the applicable minimum wage or salary threshold.
