Job summary

Medline Industries, LP on-site role in Elmhurst, IL provides administrative support including data entry, filing, calendar management and document change control for on-site staff.

Under supervision, you will collect, compile and analyze data, prepare summaries and coordinate hospital-related sales support activities. The position offers a stable hourly rate with a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
• Certification / Licensure: None
• Work Experience: Clerical or office related experience.
• Knowledge / Skills / Abilities: Intermediate level skill in Microsoft Excel (for example: using SUM function, setting borders, setting column width, inserting charts, using text wrap, sorting, setting headers and footers and/or print scaling).
• Intermediate level skill in Microsoft Word (for example: inserting headers, page breaks, page numbers and tables and/or adjusting table columns).

The anticipated salary range for this position: $20.25 - $29.25 Hourly The actual salary will vary based on applicant’s location, education, experience, skills, and abilities. Medline will not pay less than the applicable minimum wage or salary threshold.

Our benefit package includes health insurance, life and disability, 401(k) contributions, paid time off, etc., for employees working 30 or more hours per week on average.
