Medline Industries, LP, headquartered in Northfield, IL, seeks a Senior Administrative Assistant to support the Quality Leadership team, including the Chief Quality Officer and SVPs/VPs. You will provide administrative and clerical support, data entry, filing, calendar management and change-control assistance.
You will collect, analyze data, and prepare straightforward written summaries of results, plus assist in drafting SOPs and presentations using PowerPoint, Excel and Word as needed.
Medline Industries has an immediate opening for a Senior Administrative Assistant supporting the Quality Leadership team (Chief Quality Officer, SVPs, VPs) based at our headquarters in Northfield, IL. Under direct supervision, provide administrative and clerical support including data entry, filing, calendar management, office supplies management, document change control and assistance in daily office activities. Collect, compile and analyze data and information. Compose straightforward written descriptions and summaries of results.
Education: High school diploma or equivalent.

The anticipated salary range for this position: $28.75 - $41.75 Hourly
The actual salary will vary based on applicant’s location, education, experience, skills, and abilities. Medline will not pay less than the applicable minimum wage or salary threshold.
Our benefit package includes health insurance, life and disability, 401(k) contributions, paid time off, etc., for employees working 30 or more hours per week on average. For roles where employees work less than 30 hours per week, benefits include 401(k) contributions, paid time off, as well as access to the Employee Assistance Program, Employee Resource Groups and the Employee Service Corp.
