This role partners closely with Inside Sales and Renewal Sales teams, assisting with renewals, customer account management, proposal generation, and CRM documentation.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of Sales Support, Customer Service, Administrative Support, or Data Entry experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Customer-facing experience with professional phone and email communication.
• Experience managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Strong data entry and record-keeping abilities.
• Microsoft Office proficiency (Excel and Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Support Inside Sales and Renewal Sales teams by completing product and service-related tasks accurately and efficiently.
• Assist in managing renewal activities to help maximize revenue and customer retention.
• Respond to customer inquiries and renewal-related requests in a timely manner.
• Prepare customer proposals, quotations, renewal documentation, and supporting materials.
• Maintain and update customer equipment and contract records.
• Coordinate customer changes and renewal requests with internal support teams and ensure timely completion.
• Document, track, forecast, and manage opportunities within Salesforce CRM.
• Collaborate with sales representatives and leadership to provide reporting and account support.
• Develop positive working relationships with internal stakeholders and customers.
• Support customer retention and marketing campaigns.
• Make outbound calls to existing customers regarding renewals, promotions, and lead-generation initiatives.
• Assist with additional sales, customer service, and marketing activities as assigned.
