Responsibilities

• Support the sales team with administrative tasks, including order processing, CRM data maintenance, and inventory tracking.
• Prepare and manage sales reports, presentations, and documentation to track activity and performance.
• Assist in contract reviews and documentation to ensure policy compliance and customer expectations.
• Respond to customer inquiries, provide product information, and ensure timely resolution of issues.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure accurate order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
• Prepare accurate quotes and proposals with pricing, terms, and conditions.
• Generate and analyze sales reports to monitor KPIs and identify trends.
