Job summary

Confidential is seeking an Inside Sales Support professional to act as the operational hub for assigned sales territories. You will coordinate with Sales Representatives, internal teams, and external partners to move opportunities through the process with accuracy and professionalism.

You will manage Salesforce data, schedule meetings, support bids, send outreach, maintain documentation, and create reports to forecast and guide sales decisions in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• 4 years of experience in sales support, customer support, project coordination, or admin roles.
• Strong communication skills and ability to interact professionally with customers by phone and email.
• Experience or interest in cold outreach and lead generation.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Familiarity with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce, or willingness to learn quickly.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with customers, municipalities, and partners to gather project details.
• Send outreach emails and follow-ups to set meetings for sales reps.
• Assist with lead generation to identify opportunities in assigned territories.
• Schedule demos, site visits, and customer meetings for reps.
• Manage calendars, logistics, confirmations, reminders, and meeting notes.
• Enter and maintain CRM data in Salesforce; ensure data accuracy.
• Support bids, proposals, and compliance documentation with internal teams.
• Provide geographic inputs, maps, and project details for studies.
• Communicate with Production and Supply Chain on timelines and inventory.
• Mentor and support Inside Sales and Sales Support team members.
