Job summary

CPG is seeking a Sales Support Representative in Phoenix, AZ to assist the Sales Team with quote and proposal management, scope reviews, and customer communications. The role supports the delivery of services for colocation, enterprise, hyperscale, and government clients.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor’s degree and 1–2 years in customer service or sales-related roles, with experience in NetSuite being a plus. Proficiency in Microsoft Office is expected. This position requires US citizenship.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent experience.
• 1–2 years in a customer service/sales/relationship management role.
• Previous data center experience is a plus.
• Experience with Oracle NetSuite is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prepare quotes and manage proposals end-to-end.
• Coordinate with Operations and Service Teams on scheduling and shipments.
• Submit Purchase Order requests to Accounting.
• Track orders and communicate status to customers.
