Job summary

Combined Public Communications is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to assist regional sales teams with proposals, RFP responses, and sales materials. The role requires organizing customer data in the CRM, coordinating with multiple departments, and maintaining knowledge of CPC offerings.

The candidate will use MS Office and basic Adobe tools, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and contribute to timely, accurate sales support and tradeshow coordination.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in inside sales or sales support preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and Adobe products.
• Ability to learn CRM software.
• Strong written and verbal communication and attention to detail.
• Able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Support regional sales representatives with proposal preparation, documentation, and sales materials
• Respond to Requests for Proposals (RFPs), ensuring accuracy, completeness, and adherence to timelines
• Prepare and format proposals, presentations, and supporting documents
• Maintain and update customer and opportunity information within CRM software
• Learn and maintain a working knowledge of CPC products, services, and solutions
• Coordinate internally with sales, operations, and other departments as needed to support sales efforts
• Assist with tracking sales activity, deadlines, and follow-ups
• Respond to internal and external sales-related inquiries in a timely and professional manner
• Utilize Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) to create and manage sales materials
• Use basic Adobe tools to edit, format, and manage documents as needed
• Work in an office environment on a daily basis
