Job summary

CGP Data Center and Cloud Solutions is hiring a Sales Support Representative in the Tempe/Phoenix area. The role supports the Sales Team delivering integrated colocation, enterprise, hyperscale, and government services.

You’ll prepare proposals, manage orders, coordinate with operations, and assist in revenue opportunities. The position requires a Bachelor’s degree and 1–2 years in customer service or sales-related roles; knowledge of NetSuite is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required or equivalent work experience.
• 1–2 years in a customer service/sales/relationship management role.
• Experience with Oracle NetSuite is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Quote/proposal preparation and full lifecycle management.
• Coordinate deliveries, parts and shipments with vendors and partners.
• Submit Purchase Order requests to Accounting.
• Coordinate with Vendors to release orders and confirm ship dates.
• Track orders and update customers on status using NetSuite.
• Attend kickoff meetings to ensure smooth handoff from bid to execution.
• Use NetSuite to track opportunities and generate reports.
• Support Outside Sales in client meetings and account development.
