Job summary

Qualifications

• Strong phone and written communication skills.
• Organized, accurate, and able to manage multiple tasks with attention to detail.
• Experience in administrative support, customer service, sales support, or account coordination preferred.

Responsibilities

• Answering incoming calls and communicating with prospective customers.
• Scheduling pricing inspections and appointments.
• Preparing proposals, agreements, and other customer documents.
• Confirming inspections are completed and collecting missing information.
• Sending proposals and following up on outstanding documents.
• Keeping customer and opportunity information accurate and up to date.
• Tracking open leads and ensuring timely follow-ups.
• Coordinating with the sales rep, office, and operations team as needed.
